Aweful place how ot persistently obtains Outstanding remains a mystery. The children come out ill mannered looking like street walkers. Bullying is not addressed leading to a lot of anxiety issues. The food should your child get to access any is limited. HR is an absolute shame employing youngsters freshnoutnof university, with no teaching degree/ experience, unfortunately too young and lack either an decent education, work or even life experience; to not only teach, but...
Aweful management, my husband has today seen a young ladies underwear, the skirts are unbelievably shorts they look like street walkers. The teaching when teachers show up yo class is fine, however, many teachers at Southam collage are not qualified to teach. The behaviour is appauling and not managed, causing huge distractions for other learners. Bullying is not addressed, causing a lot of anxiety issues with many learners. HR appear to be lacking in their...
My daughter has struggled with anxiety and has been bullied throughout her time at Southam College. Bullying gets swept under the carpet. The SENDCO have to try and help over 300 pupils with SEND needs. They don’t care about the pupils who are not academically gifted as they won’t make the school look good. They are more concerned with uniform and attendance than helping the children who need it.
