Poor leadership lets this formerly good school down. The Head has allowed and fostered an environment whereby the PTA/Governors and parents who are teachers themselves are allowed to have too much say and influence upon the school. One of the governors could be seen on a daily basis, showing the head the what's app parent year group messages, which is a conflict of interest.
