The Rockwell Green Church of England Primary School has Rockets.
Children between the ages of 2 and 4 are cared for by our highly trained and experienced professionals in a secure, enjoyable, and engaging environment.
In addition to this, we have the advantage of being in a building where we have access to other spaces, such the school hall and library.
We were examined in May 2017 and given the grade "Good" (because we are now a component of the school).
Your child will be given a key person before they enrol at Rockets.
This is taken into consideration when choosing a staff member since we want the main individual to interact with your child as frequently as feasible.
Your first point of contact should be your kid's key person, who has the responsibility of making sure your child is content and at ease, facilitating a smooth transfer from home to preschool, and maintaining your child's pathway (Tapestry).
Your kid's keyperson will set up an introductory meeting with you soon after your child enrols at Rockets so they can get to know a little bit more about your child, including their likes, interests, and ways we may lift their spirits when they're down.
The key person for your child will then schedule a few sessions with you over the course of the year to go over how your child is doing.
Please let us know about your child's dietary requirements, and we'll make sure they are satisfied.
Your child can either bring a packed lunch or a hot school meal if they are staying for the midday session.
If you are bringing a lunch, remember that we are a nut-free environment.
For a surcharge, the school kitchen offers hot meals; please inquire for more information.
The kids have access to drinking water throughout the day.
Your youngster should feel secure and content while visiting us.
The staff will decide how to assist your child in adjusting to the environment in collaboration with you to ensure that this is the case.
You are more than welcome to come and play with your child here before they are scheduled to begin.
On request, a kid settling in policy is made accessible.
When the kids play with dirty activities, we give them protective equipment, including aprons for painting and waterproof pants for going outside in all weather.
We help the kids develop the abilities that enable them to take care of themselves and be independent.
They will be assisted in doing this by clothing that is simple to control.
For two, three, and four year olds, we get nursery education money; in the event that funding is not received, fees will be charged.
