The needs of the students are prioritised in this school. We don't label or place restrictions. In both adults and children, capacity is developed. We welcome all. We are dedicated to utilising equal opportunity laws, qualitative data, and research, as well as adjusting to shifting local and societal perceptions and budgetary constraints. We always endeavour to broaden the rich and interesting experiences available to our students and staff by looking outside of our walls. Every level of cooperation is encouraged. We are aware that strategy is breakfast in the school's culture! Everyone has the ability to seize opportunities, exercise courage, and try new things before evaluating them. We rarely refuse. Although the National Curriculum may serve as a summary of the fundamental subjects, there is much more to the school curriculum. From the welcoming smile at the entrance to the jam tarts produced at cooking club, the mathletics challenge, and the holiday card contest, it's the entire school experience. Without introduction, we cannot know that poetry calms us, logic sharpens our thinking, and football thrills us. Everyone in our school community is given the help they need to be prepared for their next step. That may be transition to Y3 or Y7; newly qualified to subject leader; M6 to leadership or it might be trying something new; contributing in a meeting or asking for help. Knowledge enables you to envisage an alternative. It's not common sense; it is systematic and specialised so you can generalise and think beyond your context. We are all learners.
