Outdoor Facilities: Children made good progress in their language and communication, mathematical, and practical skills in the Reception class, including activities in the outdoor environment.
Teacher Engagement: Teachers know pupils well, plan work that motivates and engages them, and usually have high expectations. Pupils say that they enjoy lessons and are keen to learn and do well.
Impact on Student Progress: Teaching ensures good progress, particularly in mathematics. Pupils are given different and challenging activities and continuously prompted to improve their work.
Assessment of Teaching Quality: Teachers receive regular evaluations and performance checks, contributing to improved teaching quality and rising achievement.
Teaching Staff Challenges: Some challenges include ensuring work is sufficiently challenging and checking pupils respond to feedback. More opportunities for teachers to observe outstanding teaching in other schools would further improve their skills.

We have ample resources, and a top priority is to have high-quality teaching and learning tools. All of our classrooms have interactive whiteboards, and the kids have access to a variety of ICT tools.
Extracurricular activities and experiences, such as clubs, outings, excursions, visitors to the school, themed days and weeks, and an annual residential trip for our Year 5 and Year 6 students, are given top importance.
