As the head teacher at Pollington-Balne, I'm thrilled to work with motivated staff members and students who are keen to succeed in everything we do. Although we place a high priority on academic achievement, as seen by our scores that consistently outperform the national average, we also want to encourage students' emotional and social growth. We provide a fully rounded education for pupils with opportunities for all children to shine, and promote our strong values of teamwork, respect and inclusivity though our Christian ethos. We work closely with the on-site Preschool, and local secondary schools to ensure smooth transition for pupils, and through the Home School Association, work hard to involve families in their children's learning.
