Thanks for visiting Plaxtol Primary School. We are a tiny town community school located in Plaxtol's picturesque centre. Between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, in a region of exceptional natural beauty and a rich cultural history, is Plaxtol. Since its inception in the hamlet in 1847, the school has provided youngsters from the community with a top-notch education that is closely woven into the fabric of the local community. We firmly think that studying together in a school family environment is essential to giving our students the finest education possible. The school now has four classrooms and serves students between the ages of 4 and 11. In our reception class, years 1 and 2, and up to 16 students in each of our subsequent year groups, we can accept 15 students per year. 93 students are presently enrolled. All students can feel comfortable and secure at our school because of its welcoming, family-like atmosphere. This enables all students to access their education and grow to the fullest extent of their potential. Our students mingle freely between year groups, which creates numerous possibilities for great role-modeling in terms of behaviour and communication. All of our staff members are familiar with and supportive of one another. Through the utilisation of our on-site amenities, such as our wildlife area, learning resource room, and swimming pool, our students are able to extend their learning through a wide range of curricular enrichment options both on and off campus. I'm hoping this website serves as a thorough introduction to Plaxtol School.
