I'm grateful to be a member of such a wonderful learning community and to be linked with such a capable teaching staff because every day brings with it new challenges and opportunities.
I appreciate all the cards and letters that have been sent to me praising the merits of the academy.
As a National Lead Support School, we have been given this designation. Additionally, we have undergone an independent inspection by an OFSTED inspector and been granted excellent status under the new OFSTED structure.
Additionally, we have a nationally recognised role as a facilitator for bridging the achievement gap between classmates and children on the Free School Meals register.
We are known for our many sporting victories and are a model academy for curriculum-based creativity development.
Our school's motto is "Challenge Everything," and we work tirelessly to increase all of our students' prospects for success in life.
Our goal is to raise young people who are communicative, free-thinking, confident, and creative.
The staff, parents, governors, and friends of Pickhurst Academy are dedicated to collaborating to deliver the greatest quality education that will meet the needs of every child and help them achieve their own best. This is made possible by our strong family ethos.
