From the Orgill Primary School
As a former pupil of this school, I am very proud to now be the head teacher.
I became head in September 2006 and the school has changed dramatically since then.
It is a happy, friendly place where pupils feel safe, secure and look forward to walking through the door each morning.
Whilst it is my priority to ensure that every child receives an education that will enable them to achieve their academic potential, it is also extremely important to me that we provide our pupils with as many positive experiences as possible.
Children will enjoy sport and a wide range of after school activities.
They will have the opportunity to take part in music and dance festivals and to represent our school in a number of ways.
All of our staff share this vision and recognise that our children are all unique with their own needs and talents.
More than just a school, we are much more.
Orgill is a very special place to be.
Come and see for yourself.
