To achieve this, we will; Provide a positive and stimulating environment with a wide range of curriculum opportunities where each child feels happy, valued and safe. Create a personnel complement that can deliver exceptional instruction and learning both inside and outside of the academy, pushing people to become the best professionals they can be. Strive for excellence in all collaborations so that our employees, students, and academy communities can all benefit from excellent leadership and practise. serve as a means of facilitating the transfer of best practises and the realisation of economies of scale across the Academy Trust. Along with the aforementioned, students at an Aim High academy will have access to several long-term residential trips, including overseas visits, throughout their academic careers. Take part in a long-term outdoor education project (forest schools course). Participate in inter school Trust sporting festivals. Have access to one of our settings providing the additional 30 hours of free child care for 3 year olds. Have an opportunity to learn a musical instrument.
