We appreciate you visiting the website of Navenby Church of England Primary School.
With about 200 students enrolled, the school is located in the centre of Navenby, a tiny rural community in Lincolnshire.
In September 2006, Ofsted rated Navenby Primary School as "an outstanding school," and we work hard to uphold these consistently high standards while fostering each individual's strengths and talents to help every child succeed.
Our children take tremendous delight in the learning they demonstrate because of contexts for learning that are engaging, contemporary, meaningful, and difficult.
Our students nurture our Christian principles and ethos, which are obvious to everyone whether speaking to the students or strolling around the campus, by having a good attitude, being self-assured, well-mannered, and behaved, and showing real concern for one another.
In November 2017, the inspector of our most recent "outstanding" church school inspection noted that "the positive Christian ethos, based on secure values, underpins an inclusive, caring and spiritually rich environment where all members of the school community are valued" and that "the outstanding behaviour of all the pupils together with a high degree of respect and politeness is engendered toward others."
96% of parents who responded to the end-of-year questionnaires in July 2019 say they are satisfied with the experiences Navenby offers their children, and 100% of parents say their children are happy at school.
Our students are "Ready to Learn" because we believe in and cherish each and every one of them, according to the school's motto.
