We are delighted to have you visit our school website. At our school we aim to provide our children with the best possible education and to develop the whole child by preparing and equipping them for the challenging and fast changing world in which we live. A student who enrols in our school has the chance to partake in what we refer to as "The Mayville Experience." This experience includes a curriculum that is unique to Mayville Primary School and is wide and balanced. Our method of teaching and learning is based on the book "Mindsets" by Carol Dweck. We promote lifelong learning and the idea that everyone can accomplish anything if they put their mind and effort to it. At Mayville, we give both students and faculty the chance to be creative and innovative in their approaches to teaching and learning, using methods and techniques that value perseverance, cooperation, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities in a welcoming, joyful, and stimulating learning environment. We also believe that a close and trusting relationship between home and school, working together at all times to promote the aims and ethos of the school is important to the success of our pupils and the school.
