I would like to wish you a very warm welcome to the Marsh Green Primary School website and I hope that by using the site you will get a picture of our vision, aims and values that underpin everyday life here at Marsh Green. Every school has a distinctive personality, and at Marsh Green, we think we've established a welcoming, supportive setting where our students can study and do their best work. We support the development of responsibility and respect in our students from the very beginning of the Early Years to Year 6. The school has the full backing of our governing body, which is strong and devoted to ensuring that every student has access to the best learning possibilities. Marsh Green is a growing school that is transitioning to a two-form admission system. Our classrooms are well-equipped, and students regularly use laptops and iPads to advance their education. All students benefit from remarkable learning experiences and the curriculum comes to life through visitors and field trips. Being a music school, we have close ties to the local music service. In addition to receiving specialised music instruction in years 2, 3, and 6, all students in Year 5 learn to play an instrument. In addition to this all pupils from year two to six enjoy learning in weekly drumming lessons; our gifted and talented drumming group are truly amazing to watch! Boys and girls are equally keen to join and perform in the Marsh Green choir, one of the top choirs in the borough. As you browse the website, enjoy discovering more about our school. Please get in touch with us via the school website if you have any questions; we would be happy to assist. .
