From the Marlborough House School
At Marlborough House, our main goal is to help every kid reach their full potential and learn what truly motivates them to learn and thrive. By setting out to deliver a high quality education with a truly individual focus we also aim to prepare each child in the widest sense for the next stage of their educational journey and life beyond MHS. A non-denominational school with a largely Christian focus is called Marlborough House. The community also places a strong emphasis on "valuing ourselves and others" in all that we do. While being filled with awe and delight about their own learning, the kids are actively urged to adopt these ideals that we hold so dear. Marlborough House considers it a success whenever and wherever one of its students shines. So as well as celebrating with the children when they gain places at their first choice of senior school, we also delight in the personal journey they have made to get there and the lessons they have learnt along the way; becoming a great friend, a willing participant, a good loser, a gracious winner, a voice for the people or a humorous lift on a darker day. It is widely accepted that students should esteem both themselves and other people. Students are concerned about others and want to support a variety of regional, international, and local charities ISI 2015. At MHS, all students are pushed to achieve greatness in a variety of academic, cultural, and athletic endeavours. When we see our values reflected back in the achievements, personal development and characters of each child as he or she grows, we know that each child has, indeed, received "a high quality education with a truly individual focus".
