I would not recommend Manorside Academy EVER! First of all, it offers no help to higher level children, fair enough it helps the low ones, but as a +++ level student, when I ask for help, I will always get ignored and told to ‘do it yourself’. Secondly, the school hot food is off putting and more often than not, I will starve for the school day and just have a snack when I get...
At Manorside Academy, it definitely pushes us children to our potential, while also taking special needs into account. The school also provides a variety of different foods, all healthy, and makes vegan meals for children who are vegan or vegetarian. As a year six student who goes to Manorside academy, there are days in Key Stage Two that are completely one lesson. There are art days, DT days and RE days. There is around 15-20...
Not impressed with the school. It took them over a year to deal with my child's bullying, this was constantly reported to the teachers and other members of staff and it only was taken seriously when put in writing. I was asked for proof of bullying, never mind the conversations and assurances I received from the school (which weren't acted on until it was put in writing). The quality of teaching is not great, kids...
My child was bullied for over a year even when reported several times at school. The Principal and “bullying member of staff” told me there wasn’t much they could do without proof. When children go to the teachers with an issue, they get told “ how do I know you are telling the truth?”. Support in the classroom with learning is poor.
I do not recommend this school at all every single day I got chased around the school and the teachers did nothing the parents were bad as well and they did nothing and also someone threatend me with a 🔪 I know if you wouldn't actually have stabbed me but still I don't recommend this school 🏫 you're welcome
