We ensure that there are no restrictions or obstacles in the way of our students achieving the greatest standards of academic, social, and personal growth because we want them all to attain their full potential. We pride ourselves on having high expectations, which ensures that our students are well-organized, caring, and supportive of one another as well as personally ambitious. We have a hugely talented and dedicated staff team, with a range of well qualified and dedicated professionals to make sure that our curriculum, guidance, care, and support meets the different needs of every young person. The Academy is built on a solid foundation of pastoral care, and we guarantee a learning environment that is tranquil, well-organized, safe, and centred on success. Being a part of the Delta Academies Trust, a group or "family" of schools with varying age ranges and contexts, has many advantages for Manor Croft Academy. This enables our group of schools to share best practises, knowledge, and resources, which, in turn, allows us to offer greater collaboration between each other and a wider range of learning opportunities and extracurricular opportunities for our students.
