Co-educational day school Littleton School is a Voluntary Aided State Nursery & Infant School.
Four sections are set up as a Nursery and Infant School for children ranging in age from three to seven years old.
The management of the school is the responsibility of the Board of Governors.
The school was established more than 200 years ago when the Squire made space available in the Manor House for the village kids' education.
A School Maintenance Fund was established to assist the Governors in covering these costs.
We kindly request that a suitable sum be contributed for each student enrolled in the school in order to support the demands of keeping the school at its current high standard (the annual amount is 66.)
Details are available from the school office if you'd like to pay this by monthly standing order ($5.50 per month), but you can also pay it annually, every term, half-termly, or weekly (cheques made payable to Littleton School Trustees.)
The school is set up as a nursery and infant school for kids aged "three rising" to seven.
The school encourages "Inclusion" of students with special needs or disabilities.
The curriculum and resources are wherever feasible modified to meet the needs of the kid.
The school is housed in a contemporary, well-equipped structure that is surrounded by large, lovely grounds.
The child will switch to a junior school in September after turning seven.
St Nicholas Church of England Primary School and Saxon County Primary School are the two junior schools in our area; they are both in Shepperton.
According to the St. Nicholas School Admission Policy, students from Littleton are given preference for enrollment up to a maximum class size of 32.
We suggest that parents looking for a spot at St. Nicholas School request a list of their admissions requirements.
As a result, we are happy to announce that our new Littleton Explorers Nursery officially opened in September 2016.
We provide children with a rich, teacher-led indoor and outdoor learning environment that supports their enjoyment of active, play-based learning.
