From the King Edward Primary School
Children from three to eleven years old can receive an excellent education at the flourishing and active King Edward Primary School, a Trust school.
Children attend our school from the neighbourhood and come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, making us a local school in the centre of our neighbourhood.
We are quite happy about this.
For our three and four year olds who qualify, we are now able to offer full-time EYFS care thanks to the introduction of our KEEP (King Edwards Extended Provision).
We now offer a complete and vibrant range of assistance and opportunities to children and families all year long from 7.30am to 6pm thanks to this choice and our successful Out of School Club (OOSC), which is open 51 weeks of the year and offers before school, after school, and vacation club.
The goal of all of our learning is to help the kids "grow their learning power."
In order to teach children how to become eloquent, resourceful, autonomous, resilient, and collaborative learners, instruction is guided and focused.
With the committed assistance of our staff team, children are encouraged to take ownership of their own learning in order to ensure the success of every child.
Children have access to a variety of music, art, athletic, music, STEM, ICT, and MFL options throughout our school, including during lunch and after-school programmes.
Young leaders are encouraged to emerge in the classroom, in sports, on the eco team, and as mindfulness experts.
We urge all kids to be conscious of both their rights and responsibilities.
Our school is fantastic, and our students are wonderful.
I am fortunate to be the head teacher of our excellent school, and I am looking forward to playing a role in our community's future growth as well as the lives of our kids.
Since it is our goal to raise happy, kind, and successful kids, we want them to leave our care as autonomous learners who are prepared to take the next steps in their lives and contribute positively to their community.
