I would like to send a very warm welcome to Ickford School, a welcoming, aspirational, and exceptional institution located in the charming village of Ickford in West Buckinghamshire.
This school is excellent, and in 2016 we became an academy.
The parents appreciate the high standards you uphold in all that the school does and admire how loving and caring the school is.
As one parent noted, summarising the opinions of several, "Despite being a tiny school, Ickford is incredibly ambitious.
The level of instruction and the calibre of the output are astounding.
The importance of diligence, commitment, perseverance, respect, and kindness is instilled in the kids." (
The highly skilled and dedicated instructors at Ickford work hard to make sure that our curriculum is comprehensive, stimulating, and interesting for all of our students.
Our strong support team and first-rate facilities enable us to add a wide variety of extracurricular activities to the curriculum, such as numerous sports, arts and crafts, chess, ballet, and other dance forms.
We at Ickford have very high standards for both the kids and each other.
We are lucky to have excellent music teachers who can motivate and inspire our kids with our excellent music.
The same is true for learning languages; every kid, starting with the very youngest, has the opportunity to learn French as part of the regular curriculum and Spanish and German as part of extracurricular clubs.
