As Headteacher of Hunslet Moor Primary, allow me to extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of the entire staff. Hunslet Moor is a thriving institution, and we are proud of the multicultural neighbourhood we serve. The faculty is dedicated to fostering inclusive learning settings where respect for one another is highly valued and encouraged. We are dedicated to doing everything in our power to help every person reach their full potential while collaborating with parents and the community. We make an effort to offer high-quality educational opportunities and experiences so that learning is inspiring and engaging. We think that early education should provide kids the knowledge and attitudes they need to succeed in school long after they graduate from kindergarten. We consequently put a lot of effort and stress on helping all children become resilient, motivated, and ambitious. By doing so, we hope to instil a feeling of pride in both personal and group accomplishments. As a school community, we take great pride in our accomplishments. The learning environments throughout the school have significantly improved as a result of the massive reconfiguration and expansion initiative we have been working through the past couple of years. We are excited to be able to offer 60 student spots each year group as of September 2019 as we continue to grow as a school this year. Beginning in 2019, Mr. Crawford and I will serve as co-heads, with Mr. Crawford serving as Acting Head beginning at the end of September when I start my maternity leave. We want our website to be a resource for you and a doorway to our learning community. Please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form on our website if you have any additional questions about our school. Headteacher Miss Hannah Darley and Acting Headteacher Mr. Simon Crawford.
