Welcome to the website of Hunsdon JMI Primary School, a tiny, quaint, and welcoming rural school. A joyful school with a solid, compassionate culture is Hunsdon. We encourage and demand that kids put in a lot of effort, behave nicely, and give it their all so they can grow up to be autonomous, self-assured students who, most importantly, love to learn. We provide a broad curriculum that places a high importance on academic success, creativity, and engagement in extracurricular activities like sports and music. We promote each child's success in a loving and encouraging environment so they can mature and become well-rounded young people. Hunsdon is very much a 'local' school with close ties to our community further strengthened by our committed Friends association which provides welcome fundraising support for the school, as well as organising a variety of social activities to promote community links. Because we are a whole school community working collaboratively with high expectations to support students' intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, moral, and cultural development, we value the positive contributions made to the life of the school by students, staff, parents, governors, and the local community. Please get in touch with us if our school interests you; we'd be pleased to show you around.
