Our school's name comes from the fact that it was established in the 1960s on a field with a lot of clover. The clover leaf and bees in our emblem represent the hive of fruitful, stimulating learning that occurs in our school. The ethos of the school values excellence and fosters compassion at all levels. All staff members and students have a strong sense of community where it is acceptable to take chances and care about striving hard. "Working hard and treating people nicely is expected in this school if you want to fit in." Everyone in the school believes that human potential is limitless, that intellect is created by effort, and that greater effort may make up for discrepancies in earlier achievement. "You don't possess intelligence. You get something like that." Jeffrey Howard A child that graduates from Cloverfields will be confident, autonomous, and have a good degree of self-esteem since they will have a firm understanding of their own individuality. They will be content, well-adjusted, and sociable. With all the resources they require for the following stages of their educational adventure, they will be extremely motivated. Build and maintain a warm, pleasant, vibrant, and cheerful learning environment where students feel secure. Teach social, cultural, and wider British Values and lead by example to create children who are tolerant of diversity and actively support an inclusive school community. We demand and promote highly developed respect and tolerance in our students, which is reflected in their actions in broader society. ensuring that each student develops self-discipline that is appropriate for their developmental level. Several of the virtues we want to promote ( not an exhaustive list and not in any particular order).
