I have a background in basic education, and I worked as a teacher and deputy head at Rosh Pinah for 20 years.
I'm quite content to serve as the headteacher of Hertsmere Jewish Primary School.
Because I have two children who attend HJPS and I am a teacher with expertise in both the public and private sectors, I made the decision to seize the opportunity to work with schools in collaboration and give back.
As the link governor, I speak for kids with special needs and disabilities (SEND).
I am honoured to represent the Chief Rabbi as the Rabbinic Principal of HJPS as a component of the school entering JCAT.
Working collaboratively with the principal, the director of Jewish studies, and the faculty of Jewish studies, I'll do my best to assist that.
Since my wife and I have been residents of Borehamwood & Elstree for 40 years, we have witnessed the expansion of HJPS.
After I retire, I intend to apply to become a US Foundation Governor at HJPS, where I will be in control of money.
In addition, I have 20 years of experience as a JFS Trustee.
One of my other loves is teaching about the Holocaust, and I have a master's degree in Holocaust studies.
After receiving my PGCE, I began working at HJPS as a Nursery teacher in 2010.
My professional experience has been in the manufacturing, fashion, importing, and exporting sectors.
My two grandchildren's academic performance at Rosh Pinah School in both secular and Jewish courses interests me greatly.
