From the Haversham Village School
Haversham Village School, located in the centre of the neighbourhood, has a long history of being a highly effective village school. It first opened its doors in 1965.
It changed from being a small infant school for 4 to 7-year-old children in September 2018 to becoming a primary school, accepting students from 4 to 11 years old.
The first group of kids who make up our first Year 3 class and who attend school in our lovely new Key Stage 2 building were promoted from Year 2.
We are now working extremely hard to ensure that we provide a "excellent" education to all of our students, across the Primary School age range, since it is such an exciting moment for the school.
I really feel that our school is a unique, supportive environment that "brings out the best in everyone."
By offering an engaging and inclusive learning environment, Haversham Village School aspires to develop and prepare every child for the future.
We are quite happy with our education.
In September 2010, an OFSTED inspection of the school resulted in a "excellent" rating.
Local governors and our growing, devoted staff put in a lot of effort to make sure the kids get the greatest education possible.
Haversham Village School, in our opinion, is a really cheerful environment where kids feel safe, secure, and welcomed.
