In my new position as headteacher of Goodmayes Primary School, after spending the previous eight years working alongside my predecessor, Mrs. Lopez-Stewart, as both an assistant headteacher and deputy headteacher, I assume the reins with the same dedication and drive to make sure all students at our school receive the best learning opportunities, the knowledge and skills for life in a rapidly changing world.
Our curriculum content not only complies with the National Curriculum's legal standards but also takes into account the interests and daily experiences of our students.
Respect, aspiration, friendship, and togetherness are our school's basic principles, and students are encouraged to live up to them in all facets of school life.
Consistency, praise, encouragement, and challenge are crucial components of my child-centered approach to teaching and learning.
At Goodmayes Primary School, we are unwavering in our conviction that every child, regardless of their circumstances or experiences, deserves the chance to realise their full potential.
The school community at Goodmayes Primary School has worked hard and with dedication to achieve remarkable outcomes.
As Headteacher, I am concerned about every child's educational development, safety, and welfare; if you ever have any queries, worries, or issues regarding your child, I would be pleased to talk with you about them.
I am aware that you have high expectations for your child's academic performance, and I look forward to working with you to build a productive collaboration that will help you meet those goals.
