Our academy is built on a solid foundation of support and growth for everyone, with the primary goal of generating engaging and dynamic learning opportunities so that every child can develop into an ambitious learner.
We have a non-teaching pastoral care assistant for each year group in addition to a dedicated learning manager who is in charge of academic success, personal development, and well-being in order to assist students.

We provide kids with numerous opportunities to be heard.
Along with a variety of Student Leadership positions, there is also a drop-in office for Student Voice and numerous surveys offered throughout the year for students to express their opinions.
We also anticipate that students will participate in school activities through our student leadership programmes.
All parents are welcome to join our FrOGS, give us comments, and participate in our Parents' Forum to help us form policy since we expect parents to be actively involved in school life.

The children are made to lie on their feedback surveys and are made to say its a good school. Anyone that puts a negative comment gets pulled out of class. The children are not kind and there is a very toxic culture.
Awful school, teachers scream at the pupils, no respect for the children whatsoever, they never focus on what is best for the child. Bullying an behaviour of pupils appalling.
