The Devon Ladies have since been destroyed, and construction is currently underway on a new building of four classrooms.

Our school's entire development is clearly and compellingly envisioned, and this inspires both staff and students to collaborate in order to maintain high standards for academic performance, behaviour, and personal development.
Every member of the staff, both teaching and non-teaching, is dedicated to ensuring that every child has a safe and enjoyable time at school, that they can reach their full potential, and that all levels of ability are accommodated for.
As a staff, we firmly believe that "every child matters" and that children learn best in settings where both excellence and fun are valued.
These four overarching ideas—Enjoyment, Potential, Inclusion, and Community—comprise the school's ethos and represent a "EPIC" vision for all of our students.
Due to our old "wooden path" structure being taken down for construction development, our school association is currently gathering money to create a new one.
Exminster is now well-known throughout the county for its exceptional, effective approach to inclusion, which not only has helped students with a wide range of special needs achieve outstanding progress, but has also benefited all students by recognising, fostering, and celebrating their individuality.
