Up to 270 young students can attend Eastgate Community Primary School, which was formed in the 1980s as a result of the schools' 1980s merger. Its primary catchment area is King's Lynn's North Lynn neighbourhood.
Our institution, which is situated in King's Lynn's town centre, is known as the "town school."
We strongly encourage parents to attend school, and we frequently organise cafes in which parents may participate with their kids in various subjects like reading, arithmetic, and science.
We want all of our students to use computers and have access to the newest technologies.
Each term, the academy offers "after school" groups that are conducted by our teaching team. These clubs frequently offer chorus, guitar, stamp, art, gymnastics, football, and cooking lessons.
In the school's former "drill yard," we have amassed a variety of animals.
Our students have witnessed newly born baby guinea pigs in the classroom, and each week, visiting kids assist Mr. Walker, our site manager, in feeding and changing the water for the animals.
We have three year 6 students who have taken a special interest in looking after the guinea pigs and our guinea pigs now proudly sport their hi-vis jackets when they are taken for a walk on their leads.
Mrs. Linda Hothersall, our academy's principal, is in charge.
Since her six-year tenure with us, Mrs. Hothersall has guided us through transitions and into our new position as an academy.
She has more than 15 years of experience in Norfolk as a resident and has served as the headteacher of Brancaster Primary School.
Being a part of the Eastern Multi-Academy Trust network of Academies has had a significant impact on all facets of our school life, according to Mrs. Hothersall.
At Eastgate Academy, we have a passionate and committed staff, and we feel blessed to work with such dedicated and highly motivated students and families.

It's amazing as a year did there because there's a variety of things to do like pool art archery and do jobs for the school animals. This school is very supportive since even though it was lock down they brought us school pack ups from school to home this school is just amazing.
