I'd like to extend a warm greeting to you on behalf of the students, teachers, and governors at Dunston Hill Community Primary School.
Being the headteacher, I am extremely proud of our school and all of its accomplishments.
The wide range of facilities and resources available both internally and externally ensures that the effectiveness of teaching and learning has a substantial impact on students' outcomes.
The school consistently achieves high standards of achievement in reading, writing, and math, and students graduate from Year 6 with reading, writing, and math scores that are consistently higher than the national average.
As much as we want to see the kids succeed academically and confidently move on to the next stage of their education, we also want to see their personal and social growth flourish.
A large variety of extracurricular activities are available to supplement the curriculum, and community connections are deeply ingrained in school life.
The school was once again rated as good by Ofsted on its most recent inspection in October 2017, which also revealed that the students "enjoy their school, behave well, and feel safe."
The school's unwavering commitment to improving educational quality has improved student outcomes at every critical level, and students are well-prepared for their secondary education.
The vast majority of parents support the institution and believe that Dunston Hill offers their children the best possible educational experience.
