They are very focused on attendance and attainment above all else. Low consideration from staff about children's mental health with a 'stiff upper lip' mentality. Focus is put into children who are attaining above their peers or those who are 'shouting the loudest' Reserved children are ignored and fall far behind before parents are informed of any issues, teachers complain to parents about lack of time and resources.
