From the Ditcham Park School
School at Ditcham Park Petersfield is a co-educational Independent School for boys and girls aged 4-16 situated in the middle of the South Downs National Park, with spectacular views of the rolling Hampshire hills and south across the Solent as far as the Isle of Wight. Our goal is to give students a quality education that leaves them with strong academic credentials and self-assurance. In my opinion, kids learn best and gain self-confidence and self-esteem when they are supported and encouraged in a loving setting. Its relatively small size enables Ditcham Park School to be a genuinely friendly, nurturing school where 'every child is known and valued.' Small class sizes, excellent teaching, strong pastoral care and opportunities for personal development through sport, the arts and outdoor activities set on a beautiful 16-acre site are key features of the education our pupils receive. We are pleased with the academic growth and accomplishments of our students, who add a lot to society. Our GCSE results over the last 10 years have been consistently impressive with the School usually placed near to or at the top of Hampshire GCSE league tables. Each of our students may comfortably transition into their Sixth Form A' level subjects and beyond thanks to their achievement. Please click here to view the GCSE exam results. I would be delighted to welcome you to Ditcham Park School near Petersfield in person so that you and your son or daughter can meet pupils and staff and make your own judgements on what we believe to be a unique family-friendly school where pupils are at the centre of all that we do. To arrange a personal visit to the School on a working day, please visit our Admissions website. You could also come to the school at one of our Open Mornings in October or May.
