It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our website. I feel privileged to have been appointed Headteacher of Da Vinci Academy and I am completely committed to the achievement of successful outcomes for each and every one of our students. We are part of the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust and together we have a strong and clear vision - to be the best that we can be and to deliver outstanding education to young people. This is what we all firmly believe in and strive to achieve at all times. We have the highest expectations of professional standards in our staff and excellent conduct by our students which lead to students having the right to learn and staff having the right to teach. We are proud of our traditional approach to uniform, homework and behaviour standards. Through exceptional teaching, outstanding leadership and the highest quality pastoral care, we want our students to feel safe, to feel supported and to realise their potential. In this way, we therefore prepare our students for entrance to higher education, high quality employment and future careers of their choice. I work with a great team of students, staff, parents and governors who expect the very best from our school. We want everyone to be proud to be a part of Da Vinci Academy and in turn our wider community to be proud of us.
