We all want to enhance what the kids are already learning in school and make sure it will be helpful to them as adults. We all want to make sure the school is well-equipped and that the students will be supported through maturity by our collaborations in the classroom. We all want to make sure that what we educate each child is appropriate for them now and facilitates additional learning as adults. Strategic planning for the school is the outcome of a thorough review of what is effective and what we wish to improve for the students. We consult the children, parents & carers, employees, governors, and corporate leaders when making decisions, and we also look into international best practises in education. We come to certain conclusions and decide how to focus our efforts to make things happen. Strategic Objective: To innovate and advance SEND expertise Goal: To innovate and expand knowledge about SEND while including teacher-led development work (TLDW).
