It gives me great pleasure and pride to introduce Chaucer School to you.
It's still a great location to reach your potential, and you'll be thrilled by the wide range of wonderful options your child will have once they enrol in our learning community.
We put a lot of focus on doing well in the fields of science, math, and English.
Along with our pride in engaging, hands-on ICT and technology education and our students' growing global awareness, these things go hand in hand.
All of our pupils are raised to expect great things from the moment they arrive at Chaucer School.
These include diligence, self-control, politeness, and respect.
We place a high value on parental support for Chaucer, and strong relationships between parents and teachers assist to support and mentor kids toward successful, healthy lives.
These solid bonds, combined with the incredibly positive school culture at Chaucer, help children grow into accomplished students, self-assured people, and responsible citizens.
Our kids are proud of their school because it is a place of honesty and integrity, and many of them maintain relationships even after they graduate.
In fact, a significant portion of our employees and parents were formerly students.
In September 2012, Chaucer School became an academy and forged a close alliance with the Tapton School Academy Trust and Tapton School.
