We firmly believe that everything we do in the classroom is driven by our values and vision. They relate to our curriculum, standards for behaviour, and learning styles. We are so familiar with our kids that we may react to each one differently. Promote collaboration between the home and the school and create a sense of community. For our students, faculty, and larger community, our school is a joyful, secure, and nurturing place. We collaborate as a collaboration. It is a setting where we collaborate and grow as a team while respecting and appreciating one another. Our kids get the ability to be successful learners who are resilient, resourceful, and autonomous. They will leave us with the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed as lifelong learners. With governors, parents, and kids, as well as as a staff, we routinely assess our beliefs. In order for the kids to recognise and comprehend the values and school ethos that we all want for our school, we chose to summarise our principles in a visual format. In our Milly's Weekly Challenge and during assemblies, we discuss our core principles.
