Thirteen of our committed employees are teachers, and twenty work as support personnel. Our Director for Safeguarding and Well-Being, Learning and Teaching Assistants, Reading Assistants, and Sports Coach make up our team of support personnel. The administrative team welcomes visitors and makes sure the business runs well in addition to the learning support employees. Our student admission number (PAN) is 30, and our nursery setting has 30 full-time equivalent (FTE) seats. Mrs. Helen Steele is the principal, and Mr. Ben Jones and Miss Angela Barry are the vice principals. Our eight classes and the nursery are all assisted by learning and teaching assistants, who work to make sure that each student receives individualised attention, care, and challenge. Additionally, we have a programme called the "Nurture Group" that was created to support and meet the needs of some of our most vulnerable students. This way, everyone is pushed to reach their full potential. All of our students are to "become the best that they can be" and to be challenged to improve upon their best, which is our overarching goal. Through our inclusive, individualised and inspirational curriculum, we aim to develop attributes and qualities that pupils will build upon as they continue on their learning journey within our setting and on into their next stage of learning. We aspire for our pupils to become productive, respectful, honest and reliable members of the community, who are resilient and determined, whilst fostering attitudes of care and respect for themselves and their own and wider community.
