From the Beckley Church of England Primary School
We take great pride in the fact that we are a Church of England primary school, and our mission is strongly rooted in the Christian idea of "life in all its richness." At Beckley, we think that everyone in our school family should be able to develop and be happy while also pursuing academic success and rigour. We make care to recognise and appreciate accomplishment in all of its forms, as well as the work that goes into moving forward. We make a lot of effort to foster a sense of true belief in others as well as self-belief that empowers people to take chances and "have a go" without worrying about failing. Because we place a high value on caring, including caring for others, our job, and our surroundings, these qualities can develop. Our goal is to make certain that every child acquires a lifelong desire for learning. Every member of our school community should be enthusiastic and driven to study in order to engage completely, develop positive attitudes and relationships, and make progress. We are committed to helping everyone at Beckley "Achieve, Believe, and Care" in order to realise their full potential. We value whole-school worship highly as a Church of England institution. This occurs every day, and we base our worship on a Christian Value that shifts each academic year. Regular school worship services are led by staff, students, and members of the local clergy from our church. We also host a weekly celebration during which we welcome parents to join us in honouring the Achieving, Believing, and Caring that occurred during the previous week.
