We want our website to be a useful resource for learning about our institution. While we hope it gives readers relevant information and an overview of Balliol, it falls short of truly capturing the encouraging and welcoming environment that permeates our school. All prospective families are welcome to stop by during the school day to observe us in action and decide whether Balliol is the best fit for you and your kid. We are a neighbourhood primary school that Bedford Borough looks after. Balliol is located on a fairly sizable and well-stocked campus with athletic grounds, an outdoor pool, and well-appointed classrooms. As of September 2013, when we expanded our offerings to include the former Hastingsbury pre-school, we now offer continuous education for kids ages two to eleven. At Balliol we believe in an aspirational curriculum which offers all children memorable experiences within an exciting,. challenging and creative environment alongside effective teaching of key skills for life and learning. We value parents' participation in school life and view them as partners in their children's education. We think we can set the groundwork for success that will enable your child to grow up to be a self-assured, aspirational learner as well as a devout, compassionate citizen by collaborating with our community. Ofsted rated Balliol as an excellent school in January 2017. It claimed Balliol had produced. We look forward to sharing our achievements with new and existing families that share our goal since we are extremely proud of our school and its neighbourhood.
