"Where every child's potential counts" is the motto of our school. Since we appreciate the whole child and want to help every kid realise their full potential as effective learners, self-assured people, and responsible citizens, this is something that is very important to us. For students between the ages of 4 and 7, Anston Park Infant School is a typical-sized institution. There are 203 students enrolled in the school, 101 boys, and 102 girls. About half of the student body attends this well regarded and well-liked institution, which draws students from outside the catchment region. Parental involvement at activities and support at home are excellent indicators of parental support. Students arrive at school having had a variety of pre-school experiences. They attend seven maintained and private pre-school facilities together. The number of students with SEND is below average and is steady at the school. To make sure that all children are properly supported in class, we collaborate closely with a number of organisations, including Learning Support Services, the Autism Communication Team, and Educational Psychologists. 13.3% of students are reportedly eligible for free school meals, which is less than the national average. Teaching assistants are placed in every class to facilitate pre-teaching, and particular interventions, such as:, are employed to guarantee that the needs of these kids are satisfied. Both students in the Infant and Junior Schools attend our school's breakfast and after-school club, which is supervised by a management committee. The school was rated as having good overall effectiveness during its most recent inspection in April 2013. The school is honoured to have won the Rights Respecting Schools Level 1 Award and Recognition of Commitment. Almost all pupils are of White British heritage so every opportunity is used to celebrate diversity such as Chinese New Year and Diwali.
