About 450 students attend our school, which has 15 classes from Nursery to Year 6. There are teachers and teaching assistants in every classroom, as well as additional classroom and administrative support staff, all of whom contribute to the school's excellent culture. All who visit Alkrington Primary School may immediately sense the school's welcoming atmosphere and lively, friendly atmosphere. Our school's staff, parents, and governors collaborate to try to offer the finest services possible to the families we serve. In addition to achieving the greatest standards possible in all area of their lives, we want our kids to enjoy their time and education while they are with us. We take pride in offering a learning atmosphere where kids may grow and develop in a secure and encouraging environment so they can become "Creative Thinkers and Lifelong Learners." Each of our students leaves our school ready for the next phase of their education and with life skills that will help them succeed in the future. They are all known, cherished, and respected as unique individuals. Our curriculum is engaging and cutting-edge, allowing every student the chance to succeed, gain a variety of skills, including enterprise, and, most importantly, enjoy learning. We encourage youngsters to be self-motivated learners by promoting high standards while also encouraging creativity and inventiveness. Being a community school, we are especially aware of the need to give all of our students the chance to develop in a neighbourhood and society where we may all live and work productively together.
