Citizenship: At Albert Bradbeer Primary Academy, we want to make sure that students are ready for life's possibilities, challenges, and experiences so they may contribute to society as productive members.
Aspiration: We want both children and adults to have high expectations for themselves in all facets of their school and home lives.
Parents' interactions with their kids and the outcomes they achieve in and out of the classroom are closely related.
We want our academy to be a values-based institution.
We help and encourage kids to establish fundamental Values that will direct their behaviour decisions.
We all have a duty to mentor and coach our students in making moral decisions.
Our goal is to make the Academy and the surrounding area a quiet, orderly, and productive place where kids can learn in a way that makes them happy and secure while also feeling respected.
Every student is unique, and they should all aspire to great things both at home and at school.
We take great delight in always recognising, honouring, and celebrating their numerous triumphs, no matter how big or small.
To recognise the accomplishments of our students, we often organise celebration assemblies and special occasions.
Our expectations are outlined in detail in the Home-School Agreement and the Codes of Conduct for Staff and Students.
We always advocate good answers and activities, but if students choose the wrong behaviour, there is a system of warnings that can result in a number of different penalties to encourage positive behaviour.
Staff members strive to control behaviour in a fair, firm, and consistent manner.
