Everyone is valued at our school. We appreciate people's individuality and promote happiness, confidence, and compassion. We all share a passion for learning and aspire to do our best. We allow our pupils room to grow personally while also encouraging them to enhance their social skills. To raise their degrees of autonomy, we support our students as they work to solve challenges and encourage them to pursue worthwhile goals. We urge all of our students to grow into their own unique selves and find their own unique routes to adulthood. We work to nurture the complete child鈥攎ind, body, and spirit鈥攁s a Church of England Academy within the Diocese of Peterborough. Our Christian roots are at the core of our ethos, and we want it to show through not only in the lessons we teach but also in the way we conduct ourselves. There are several possibilities for kids to assist their local community and think about their part in the larger world since we have a strong, fruitful, and encouraging relationship with the nearby church. How Christian Values are ingrained in our life has been one of the major themes during the past few years. The kids have had the chance to investigate them during a "collapsed curriculum" day, to think about them during Collective Worship, and to think about how they affect normal classroom activities. We want the students to graduate from the Abbey Church of England Academy with the confidence that they can make a difference in the world and begin exhibiting the principles and behaviours that will improve society.
