We appreciate you visiting our website. The purpose is to offer the reader a sense of the school's personality, the things we do, and how we do them. As a designated special school for students with a range of learning and behavioural needs we have to provide for a wide range and inter-linking SEN. Currently, we offer provision from the age of 5 through to 18, divided into the traditional phases of Primary (5-11), key stage 3 (11-14, key stage 4 (14-16). However, there are plans to reorganise this structure in September 2019 to offer more flexibility and capacity. As a Kent special school we obviously prioritise students from the north-west districts of Dartford, Gravesham and Sevenoaks but we occasionally offer places beyond this area when capacity allows. We work closely with our partner schools within the Kent SEN Cooperative Trust which helps support, develop and innovate provision that aims to meet the expanding need within the future context of SEN. On the pages and links below, we hope you will be able to locate the information you need. Nothing, however, can substitute for visiting and witnessing our particular school "in action." We take great satisfaction in our ability to operate in partnerships and collaboratively, and we welcome visitors from all walks of life. You will be warmly welcomed into a cheerful and encouraging environment, so please explore our website and come meet us (please make an appointment).

School visits are conducted outside of school hours, that way you cannot see the type of behaviours displayed by the pupils. Vaping and riding electric scooters through the corridors, swearing at the teachers, bullying and vile behaviours going unchallenged. Teaching staff very quick to lay hands on and restrain, with little de-escalation technique. Not suitable for pupils with more of an ASD profile, more of a PRU
