More than 3,600 university and college-level students attend our 360-hectare campus in Gloucestershire where they pursue degrees, A-levels, and certificates in addition to conducting industry research. the largest equestrian instructional facility in the world, complete with a water treadmill and a Racewood event simulator, and three annual international horse competitions. modern sports facilities that include a power gym, fields, and a stadium. a centre for agricultural technology, an Agri Tech (coming in September 2019). At Hartpury University, 1,800 students are pursuing undergraduate, graduate, higher education diploma, and postgraduate research degrees. We rank among the top higher education providers in the country for teaching and learning thanks to the Teaching Excellence Framework's Gold rating of our teaching and learning in 2017. In the UK, we are ranked among the top 5 for postgraduate taught student experience (PTES, 2018). In June 2018, Hartpury College, which has 1,800 students enrolled in A-level and diploma programmes, received the accolade Outstanding in all areas from Ofsted. We provide English literature, history, and math at the A-level level. Our diplomas have sections that specialise in land-based studies, outdoor activities, and uniformed public services. With 83.8% student satisfaction (Department of Education survey 2017/18), we have the highest student satisfaction of any land-based further education college in the UK. 91% of our students go on to work or pursue higher education or other opportunities (Hartpury, 2017).
