Spiritual, Moral, Social, and Cultural Development (SMSCD) is essential for equipping our students to become tomorrow's leaders. We teach and encourage pupils to view all aspects of life from an Islamic viewpoint in addition to the spiritual ethos that permeates the school in order to prepare them to become upstanding British Muslims, responsible role models, and future leaders. This includes special days and weeks with a theme, field trips, guest speakers, and visitors, as well as school council, eco council, duties, partnerships with other schools, service projects, and other enrichment activities. Promoting fundamental British values is a key component of our SMSCD since it aids in the development of future leaders today. Through our faith, our curriculum, and daily school life, we uphold democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect as well as British values. We uphold this principle by highlighting the importance of following rules at school and the justification for doing so. We want to make sure that students always follow school regulations and are held accountable if they don't. Through learning about the festivals and customs of various faiths and cultures, our curriculum actively encourages diversity while reinforcing values of tolerance and respect for others. Additionally, we give students the opportunity to visit holy places that are important to numerous religions. Visit our school's news page to stay up to date on the most recent activities.
