Daniela Shanly (Proprietor), Lucy Barnes (Advisor), and Emma Barklem founded Beech Lodge School (Principal). In September, Dan became the new headteacher. Dan has a lot of experience dealing with children who have special needs and in the independent sector. An advisory board oversees the school's operations and aids in achieving its objectives. The proprietors and co-founders of Beech Lodge are Becci, Emma, and Lucy.

Sue works from home with her husband Jeremy and is an adoptive mother to Katie (16) and Joe (14). Don Tucker is a trustee and financial advisor for the Shanly Group. On September 13, 1971, Don began his career with Thorn EMI. Sue will soon begin her MSc in Grantmaking, Philanthropy, and Social Investment at Cass Business School. Tom's family and classical music are his two greatest loves.
