I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you at Aylsham High School.
I hope you will enjoy learning more about us, whether you are a parent looking for the best school for your child, a member of the local community, a visitor from another school or organisation, a student or parent/carer seeking help and guidance, or you are thinking about applying to work at the school.
Aylsham High is a well-liked and prosperous institution with a stellar reputation for offering a top-notch education.
We create a warm and encouraging learning atmosphere for our students and coworkers.
Additionally, we think it's critical to provide our students with lots of chances to exercise leadership and make a positive contribution to the development of their school.
They are the future leaders of our neighbourhood, and Aylsham High would not be what it is today without their enthusiasm and compassion.
The five houses are overseen by a Head Of House who works with a group of Form Tutors to make sure that each student receives the best support for their academic work and that their development and well-being are closely monitored.
Our focus on business and enterprise encourages students to think independently and creatively, to communicate with confidence, to come up with inventive solutions to problems, and to lead teams effectively.
In order to encourage the advancement of education in Aylsham, we established the Aylsham Learning Federation in July 2016 in partnership with Bure Valley School.
In order to make this alliance even stronger, we have also established a Co-operative Cluster Trust, making us the first Cluster in Norfolk to do so.
Because I live in Aylsham, the community that Aylsham High School serves is also my community.
Aylsham is a superb place to work and learn because of the top-notch faculty, staff, and students at the school as well as the wonderful atmosphere that permeates both the local area and those areas specifically.
Executive Headteacher John of Gaunt Infant and Nursery School, Bure Valley School, Aylsham High School, and Aylsham Learning Federation.
Please get in touch with Justine Sykes, my PA, if you need a physical copy of any document you see on our website so she can make the necessary arrangements.
