We were thrilled to officially welcome all of our new Nursery and Reception students to Ark John Keats Academy this past week. All of them are only beginning their incredibly long educational journeys with us. fifteen years of education at Ark John Keats, from nursery or reception to sixth form. Wow!. On Monday and Tuesday, our Reception students arrived in small groups. On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, they all arrived for a full morning and a delicious school lunch. They begin working full time on Monday, September 23. For them to get to know their new nursery and teachers well, our new Nursery students also arrived in small groups. They enjoyed exploring their nursery and using paper and pompoms to express themselves creatively.

Only concentrate on achieving level students - those falling behind get no extra support. Those ahead get no extra work so have to wait for everyone to catch up.Teachers constantly lie as well about events that happen aswell. In primary a student was punched by one it was on news. They pretend there is no managed move and will try to get you to homeschool your child so they don't have 'Exclusions' on their file. Absolutely disgusting....
I have had 2 children go through this school PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE PREVIOUS OUTSTANDING INSPECTION WAS FALSE. it was taken when the school first opened and only had 5 classes in operation so there wasn't much to inspect. School is completely focused on behaviour. Every student has hourly detentions after school. These are EASY to aquire - e.g. there is a line they have to follow to reacg their class. If they accidentally go past...
Well, as a student here for more than 7+ years, in primary I have seen that in the past few weeks there have been several exclusions. The restrooms are impolite, and talking about restrooms, they don’t have changing rooms although students have to change into their P.E uniform instead of wearing it at home and wear it at school for the whole day.
Not disclosing my age, but I’ve studied here for 6+ years. I work at greater depth, and recently, maybe about a year or two ago, I’ve noticed flaws. Teachers are sometimes very rude, and some don’t know how to handle common situations well, one of my teachers explained loads of things wrong. The teachers don’t know how to assess their own student’s problems and turn a blind eye. I’ve struggled with verbal arguments with specific...
This is absolutely false. The school is focused on image only. I have had children I primary and secondary over 7 years in this school. They constantly put children in isolation and threatening with homeschooling. They never will agree to managed move or school transfers as this would be recorded as exclusions which they don't want ofsted to know about. Staff are new every year, students suffer the most. Their headteacher previously got done for...
It is a good school they all follow the rules they all listen The teacher is somewhat understanding to their class there are some fights that happen ever so rarely. They provide them with nutritious food. Amazing resources .Overall it a excellent school
