I've spent more than 30 years working in a variety of fields, such as local government, educational institutions, and business, all while striving to bring about change for individuals whose voices are rarely heard.
I started working in the nonprofit sector in 2009, and I believe that the basis of Christian values is a wonderful opportunity for me to combine my Christian religion with improving people's lives.
Being a part of the YMCA of BC is a pleasure and an honour.
For 34 years, I worked in the construction sector as a customer, consultant, and contractor.
I have spent the most of my professional career working in the recruiting sector. In 2009, I became a trustee and board member for the YMCA of British Columbia.
I'm quite involved in my local church and consider it an honour to be able to contribute in any way to the YMCA's work in the Black Country.
I have been a Christian my entire life and strive to further my religion. I was born and raised in the Black Country.
I want to give back to the neighbourhood where I grew up.
I find inspiration in the YMCA's work, and I have a special interest in what they do to assist the homeless.
