The YCA has been organising a variety of events with the goal of enhancing adult learners' access to educational opportunities and assisting kids with their academic work.
These have only been used for short-term projects.
An education and training theme will be used to handle all of the aforementioned programmes and activities.
The YCA has a variety of programmes in place to meet the educational requirements of the neighbourhood it serves.
The YCA established a mother tongue school to teach Arabic to children aged 5 to 14 in response to community requests.
The YCA has conducted a number of official evaluations of the instruction throughout the years with the goal of continuously improving.
Lack of assistance for students with their studies after hours is one of the major issues that has been recognised; there are various causes for this lack of assistance.
The club was relaxed yet organised, and much of the help was given one-on-one.
A KS2 and KS3 tuition assistance club has been formed by the YCA with funding from Children in Need.
We have trained tutors on staff who can assist in getting kids ready for the SATs and GCSE exams.
The tuition support is open to children in years 5-6 and years 10-11.
The Youth Development department oversees the After School Tuition and Homework Clubs.
Once more as a result of parental demand Tahfeedh classes were established at the YCA which again is fully funded by parents.
The classes aims to instil Islamic values in young people as well as support them to read, understand and recite the holy Quran.
Adults can practise speaking English with native speakers outside of the classroom setting by enrolling in informal English conversation sessions (Letss Talk English Caf).
